BA (Hons) Fine Art
BA (Hons) Art and Visual Culture

Fine Arts offers a stimulating and critical environment where different approaches to art practice are actively encouraged and discussed. The two Fine Art pathways on offer are designed to enable students to work to their own individual strengths and develop the intellectual and technical knowledge needed to realise their potential.

All Fine Art students regularly exhibit their work within designated spaces on campus and in external exhibitions. Support is also given for student-led publications and other initiatives such as residencies and work experience which form part of a wide programme of professional development. Graduate opportunities include being eligible to apply for the UWE/Spike Island Fellowship, the UWE Fine Arts Junior Fellowship and the Spike Island Associates scheme. External links and partnerships with arts organisations and galleries also afford students and graduates of the School of Fine Art further education and career development opportunities through internships and associated development schemes.
